At Durianne Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable masterpieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
